Waitlist submissions may include your email address, vehicle information, build state, signup source, and submission time. This data is used to manage launch interest, product planning, compatibility prioritization, and launch communication.

Firmware and admin tools may process technical device information such as MAC address, device type, firmware release, and browser/device information needed to verify, provision, or update supported hardware.

If you use the Sportline mobile app with a supported Bluetooth data_sender, the app may automatically record vehicle telemetry sessions while connected and upload completed sessions to Sportline systems. Uploaded session data may include device identifiers, session times, raw vehicle frame bytes, decoded telemetry values such as speed, RPM, boost, temperatures, lambda, AFR, throttle, ignition timing, retard, diagnostic trouble codes, app timestamps, sync status, and related technical metadata.

Intelligence and analysis features may process uploaded telemetry to generate vehicle-session reports, detect log-quality issues, identify likely diagnostic or performance patterns, and create training candidates for improving Sportline intelligence models. Training candidates are reviewed before they are used to approve production model updates.

The website may collect standard technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages requested, timestamps, and error logs.

We use optional analytics tools only after you accept analytics cookies. If you reject analytics, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica are not loaded by this website.

Google Analytics may collect page views, approximate location, browser/device information, referral information, and interaction data. Google Analytics cookies and storage are used only for analytics, not advertising personalization.

Yandex Metrica may collect page views, traffic source, browser/device information, IP address, technical request information, and interaction data such as link clicks. Webvisor session replay is disabled in this implementation.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help operate hosting, backend systems, email or launch communication, analytics, security, and product support.

Uploaded vehicle telemetry may be processed by Sportline backend and intelligence services for session analysis, product improvement, support, and reviewed model-training workflows. We do not share uploaded telemetry with advertisers or sell it to data brokers.

Analytics providers include Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica when you consent. Their own privacy documentation explains how they process analytics data: Google Privacy Policy and Yandex Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

If you want uploaded telemetry excluded from future reviewed training datasets, include that request when contacting us. Some already aggregated or approved model artifacts may not be technically reversible, but we will apply the request to retained source sessions and review records where feasible.
